National Premier League(NPL)
The NASC Team Preseason Camp sessions are mandatory for all players. The focus of these sessions will be preparing teams technically, tactically, physically, and psycho-socially for the Fall season. To ensure all NASC staff coaches are fully involved with their respective teams during preseason, the overall camp sessions will be coordinated by NASC Directors, while team head coaches and staff will lead and deliver all training activities with their teams.
